I was working for JetBlue, having started when the airline had only three airplanes. I was incredibly happy with my job, but I always wanted to try real estate. There was just one problem: I did not know how to run a business.
That Was Me in 2004
Determined to achieve my dream, I read as many books as I could on the topic and applied the advice chapter by chapter. Within 12 months, I had excellent credit!
My next move was to begin my real estate journey. I decided to buy land in Costa Rica, build houses, and sell them for a profit. With little knowledge and no experience, I took the plunge and did it!
- Things were going great. Money was flowing in, and business was booming. I started buying property in Panama and various states across the US.
However, there was one problem: I was growing quickly and had no knowledge of how to properly grow and manage a company. You can imagine what happened next.
Yes, I hit a major brick wall. My company started losing money, and my credit score dropped to the lowest possible score in America: 300.
- In my opinion, the best lessons are learned in tough times, not during good times. It’s in those moments of struggle, when you either learn to swim or drown, that the greatest opportunities for growth lie. During the worst moments of my life, I found the greatest opportunities to learn and bounce back. I surrounded myself with coaches and, like any professional athlete, sought out the best in the industry to learn from. I followed their advice, got coached, and applied the information. And guess what? I saw the results!

I dedicate my time to coaching businesses how to maximize profits in their business by strategically planning for the future.
Additionally, my wife and I are committed to growing our real estate business, aiming to use its income to feed thousands of people worldwide.

I firmly believe that the formula for success hasn’t changed in thousands of years, but we must be willing to put in the work and stay consistent to see the results!
